Jess enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan to provide support for a broad range of concerns. These include mood disorders, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, stress, self-esteem, eating disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders (ASD, ADHD), interpersonal difficulties, adjustment challenges, and other psychological difficulties.
Jess’s integrative approach draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)-informed strategies, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices. Each modality is carefully selected based on individual needs, ensuring treatment that is both effective and personally resonant. Jess aims to create a warm, compassionate therapeutic space where individuals feel safe to explore their inner world, deepen self-understanding, and foster meaningful relationships grounded in mutual respect and authenticity.
