Matthew is a Clinical Psychologist with a Master of Clinical Psychology degree and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. He works with individuals from adolescents through to adults, addressing a wide range of presentations including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and emotional challenges.
Throughout his career, Matthew has developed a keen interest in psychometric assessments and conducts cognitive, learning, ADHD and autism assessments for all ages.
Matthew utilises a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Schema Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
Matthew is dedicated to providing clients with a personalised and holistic approach to therapy, fostering a collaborative and empathetic environment to help clients navigate their emotional difficulties and achieve their therapeutic goals.
