Sabina completed her Honours degree in Psychology and her Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy at the University of Adelaide. She went on to complete a Master of Clinical Psychology at the Institute for Social Neuroscience in Victoria.
Sabina has worked across both hospital and community-based settings and has previously supported clients through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), particularly those experiencing anxiety and depressive disorders. She also has experience providing psychological support to individuals living with chronic illness, as well as their carers.
Sabina specialises in working with clients experiencing anxiety disorders and health-related concerns, with a particular focus on inflammatory bowel disorders. She has a strong interest in the mind-gut connection and is passionate about helping clients manage the psychological impacts of gastrointestinal conditions through evidence-based approaches.
Sabina is a warm and empathetic clinician who works collaboratively with her clients to support them in achieving their goals. She draws on a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Sabina currently offers appointments on Mondays and Tuesdays.
