Raised on the Gold Coast, Jess is a warm and client-focused psychologist with a Master of Psychology (Clinical). She is passionate about providing care that is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Known for her compassionate and non-judgmental approach, Jess is dedicated to building authentic therapeutic relationships and tailoring support to each client’s unique goals, experiences, and strengths. Jess has experience working with children, adolescents and adults in private practice as well as in public health and community settings.

Jess enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan to provide support for a broad range of concerns. These include mood disorders, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, stress, self-esteem, eating disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders (ASD, ADHD), interpersonal difficulties, adjustment challenges, and other psychological difficulties.

Jess’s integrative approach draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)-informed strategies, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices. Each modality is carefully selected based on individual needs, ensuring treatment that is both effective and personally resonant. Jess aims to create a warm, compassionate therapeutic space where individuals feel safe to explore their inner world, deepen self-understanding, and foster meaningful relationships grounded in mutual respect and authenticity.
