She is often one of the first people clients connect with, and she takes pride in creating a positive, welcoming, and supportive first impression for everyone who reaches out to the clinic.
Surya is known for her energetic, friendly nature and her ability to connect easily with people from all walks of life. She values inclusivity, respect, and creating an environment where clients feel comfortable and supported from their very first contact through to ongoing care. Her approach is grounded in positivity, clear communication, and a strong commitment to making each client’s experience as smooth and reassuring as possible.
Currently completing her studies in psychology, Surya has a growing understanding of mental health and a strong interest in supporting individuals on their well-being journey. Her studies complement her role within the clinic, allowing her to approach each interaction with empathy, insight, and a genuine appreciation for the importance of feeling heard and understood.
Working alongside the broader Mind on Health team, Surya supports the coordination of appointments, client enquiries, and day-to-day clinic operations across the Gold Coast. She plays an important role in ensuring the practice runs efficiently while maintaining a warm, client-focused atmosphere.
Outside of the clinic, Surya enjoys making the most of the coastal lifestyle – whether that’s spending time at the beach with her dog, keeping active at the gym, or exploring new cafes and restaurants with friends.
