Jess is a warm and compassionate psychologist with a Master of Psychology (Clinical) degree. She provides trauma-informed, collaborative, and evidence-based support tailored to each individual’s unique goals, experiences, and strengths. Known for her compassionate and non-judgmental approach, Jess is dedicated to building authentic therapeutic relationships and tailoring support to each client’s unique goals, experiences, and strengths. Jess has experience working with children, adolescents and adults in private practice as well as in public health and community settings.Jess enjoys supporting individuals across the lifespan with a broad range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, stress and burnout, self-esteem and perfectionism, eating disorders and body image concerns, neurodevelopmental differences (ASD and ADHD), interpersonal and relationship challenges, adjustment difficulties, and life transitions. She is passionate about helping individuals deepen self-understanding, build self-compassion, and develop practical tools to support meaningful and sustainable change.
Jess’s integrative approach draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)-informed strategies, Flash Technique, Trauma-Informed Stabilisation Treatment (TIST; Level 1 trained), mindfulness-based practices, and EFT tapping as a somatic tool for anxiety and emotional regulation. Each approach is carefully selected based on individual needs, ensuring treatment is both evidence-based and personally meaningful. Jess aims to create a warm, supportive, and emotionally safe space where individuals feel comfortable exploring their inner world, strengthening insight and resilience, and fostering more authentic connections with themselves and others.
