As Practice Manager at Mind on Health, Naomi is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every client who walks through our doors. She takes pride in ensuring clients are greeted with warmth, compassion, and professionalism, recognising that the first interaction can play an important role in someone’s mental health journey.
Naomi believes that kindness and empathy are at the heart of exceptional client care. Through her genuine and approachable nature, she strives to foster an environment where clients feel safe, respected, and understood from their very first visit.
Before joining Mind on Health, Naomi spent 10 years in management roles within the retail and hospitality industries, where she developed strong leadership, organisational, and customer service skills. She also has five years of experience working as a care worker in the disability and aged care sectors, further strengthening her compassionate, person-centred approach to supporting others.
Naomi is passionate about contributing to a positive experience for both clients and the clinical team, helping ensure the practice runs smoothly while maintaining a caring and inclusive environment.
Outside of work, Naomi enjoys spending time with her family, watching the footy, and exploring the beautiful Gold Coast.
